Refund Policy

Chopk offers in-app subscriptions for premium features. As digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable per Google Play policies. However, we aim for fairness.

When You Can Get a Refund

If the app fails due to our error, such as a subscription not activating, you can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase. For accidental purchases, Google Play handles refunds within 48 hours. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime via Google Play settings—no refunds for partial periods, but you'll keep access until the end of the billing cycle.

How to Request a Refund

Go to Google Play Store > Account > Purchase History, select the transaction, and request a refund. For app-specific issues, email support@chopk.com with your order ID. Refunds are processed by Google Play, may take 1-4 business days, and we comply with their guidelines for fitness apps.
