Inspired by the legendary 10th-century Danish Mammen axe, this historically influenced replica is a testament to Norse artistry and warrior culture. Hand-forged from high carbon steel, the axe head features a blunt edge and detailed acid-etched knotwork, echoing original archaeological finds.
The haft is made from solid ash wood, partially charred for durability and a rugged finish, then wrapped tightly in thick black leather for a commanding grip. Though not sharpened, this axe is a powerful display piece suitable for reenactment, cosplay, or collectors of Viking weaponry.
